Most major hubs of transportation offer free wifi for public use. Consequently, if you’re flying into Schiphol Airport, they have wifi. Passengers arriving at Centraal Station, Amsterdam’s main train station, will also find free wifi.
Amsterdam wifi services exist in many of the well-known tourist attractions, museums and coffee houses. Places like the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank House are all equipped with fast and free wifi. - FON is a wifi community in which members share their wireless access with other members. In exchange, members are able to use any wifi access point in this community. You must buy a special router if you want to use FON. Even if you decide not to share your internet access, you can still use FON by purchasing a card from them.
- The Your Little Black Book app reveals over 800 hotspots in the city.
