I know when I’m traveling in France, this is how I eat, and I have loads more energy, sleep better and generally feel happier (of course, there’s also #travelstoke about being in Europe at work). But, man, it’s so hard to maintain that diligence and routine after returning to America and its convenient food served in outsized portions. Articles like these reinforce simple healthy-eating habits, reminding me to snack less, eat smaller dinners and take time to enjoy what I’m eating.
